The Nomination Process

To nominate your team, make sure you have the following details:

1. Team name
2. Shirt colour/s
3. Team Contact/Manager's details:
   • Full name
   • Mobile phone number
   • Email address
4. The name and contact details of at least one person from your team to referee (when required)
